Collision Repair Authorization

Some simple paperwork before we begin.

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Ginn's Auto Body and its employees to repair my vehicle, to drive my vehicle for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.

I understand that an express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the number of repairs thereto.

I understand that Ginn's Auto Body will NOT be held responsible for the theft of the vehicle or missing articles left in the vehicle such as; iPods, iPads, cameras, sunglasses, credit cards, money, CDs, golf clubs, etc. Please remove all items from your vehicle before or when you drop off your vehicle for repairs.

I understand the quality of my photos provided here will impact the time and quality of the estimate I receive. I acknowledge that failure to provide clear photography of my vehicle may result in the need to come to Ginn's Auto Body for further inspection.
